Delivery and collection in Niseko and Rusutsu depend on the accommodation address. The rental page lists standard delivery hours of 15:00–21:00; your exact slot and any out-of-hours fees are confirmed in advance.

What measurements do you need?
Provide each renter’s name, height, weight, foot length, head circumference and any special requirements. Submit complete measurements at least three days before use, and book early during peak periods. Incorrect, incomplete or late information may result in additional delivery or handling charges.
What if the fit is wrong?
Check the equipment, quantities and fit as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the size is unsuitable or an item appears faulty. Changes depend on stock, staffing and delivery schedules. A particular brand, model, year or colour cannot be guaranteed.
How do I return the equipment?
Return equipment at the agreed place and time. Contact us in advance for changes. Unconfirmed late returns, location changes or missed handovers may incur additional rental, transport or handling charges.
What happens if equipment is damaged or lost?
Minor scratches and ordinary wear from normal use are generally not charged. Damage caused by misuse, severe impacts, rocks, closed areas or unauthorised modifications may incur reasonable costs. Report loss or theft immediately; a police report may be requested. Compensation is assessed using condition, age, current value and replacement costs.
